2.Can I get cooler box samples? Sure.
The cost of samples shall be borne by the seller,Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with ouraccount. It takes about 2-4 days to reach
3.How long is the cooler box sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs,Mold manufacturing is required, which is determined by the mold manufacturing time. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4.How long is the cooler box production lead time? It takes 25 days for MOQ.
We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design of cooler box?
We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF,etc.We will make 3D drawing for mold for your final confirmation based on technique.
